Photo &amp; Video Release Consent<\/strong><\/h2><p>By attending this event, I grant permission to the organizers of <strong>Vaisakhimela.ca<\/strong>, their representatives, affiliates, and partners to capture photographs and video recordings of me during the event.<\/p><p>These materials may be used for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Media coverage (news outlets, community features)<\/p><\/li><li><p>Archival and historical documentation<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or the ability to inspect or approve the final content.<\/p><div>\u00a0<br \/><strong style=\"font-size: 4.8rem; letter-spacing: -0.0415625em; text-align: inherit;\">2. Food &amp; Vendor Liability Waiver<\/strong><\/div><p>I acknowledge that <strong>Vaisakhimela.ca<\/strong> provides <strong>free entry<\/strong> and <strong>complimentary food<\/strong>, and that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Food Safety:<\/strong> I accept responsibility for any risks related to food consumption, including allergies or sensitivities.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Third\u2011Party Vendors:<\/strong> Independent vendors may sell goods or services. Vaisakhimela.ca is not responsible for vendor products, services, or transactions.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>General Liability:<\/strong> I release the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the event.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 4.8rem; letter-spacing: -0.0415625em; text-align: inherit;\">3. Bouncy Castle Participation Waiver<\/strong><\/div><p>The bouncy castle is an optional activity. By allowing a child to participate, I agree to the following:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Supervision:<\/strong> Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Risk:<\/strong> Bouncy castle play may involve falls, collisions, or injuries. Participation is at your own risk.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Rules:<\/strong> No shoes, no food or drinks, no rough play, no flips or wrestling.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Limits:<\/strong> Children must follow posted age, height, and capacity limits.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Liability:<\/strong> Vaisakhimela.ca, SabrangRadio, organizers, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for injuries or accidents.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<strong style=\"font-size: 4.8rem; letter-spacing: -0.0415625em; text-align: inherit;\">4.
