By attending this event, I grant permission to the organizers of Vaisakhimela.ca, their representatives, affiliates, and partners to capture photographs and video recordings of me during the event.

These materials may be used for:

• Promotional purposes (social media, website, marketing)

• Media coverage (news outlets, community features)

• Archival and historical documentation

I waive any right to compensation, royalties, or the ability to inspect or approve the final content.

I acknowledge that Vaisakhimela.ca provides free entry and complimentary food, and that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.

• Food Safety: I accept responsibility for any risks related to food consumption, including allergies or sensitivities.

• Third‑Party Vendors: Independent vendors may sell goods or services. Vaisakhimela.ca is not responsible for vendor products, services, or transactions.

• General Liability: I release the organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the event.

The bouncy castle is an optional activity. By allowing a child to participate, I agree to the following:

• Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Risk: Bouncy castle play may involve falls, collisions, or injuries. Participation is at your own risk.

• Rules: No shoes, no food or drinks, no rough play, no flips or wrestling.

• Limits: Children must follow posted age, height, and capacity limits.

• Liability: Vaisakhimela.ca, SabrangRadio, organizers, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for injuries or accidents.

By entering the event premises, I:

1. Confirm that I have read and understood this waiver.

2. Agree to follow all event rules and safety guidelines.

3. Accept that these terms apply to myself and any minors under my care.
